The Terms of Use
The Terms of Use governing the relationship between TOO “Lustre Lux” (hereinafter – “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and physical or legal entities (hereinafter – “User”, “you”) when using the website www.fluarion.kz, promotions and processing of orders, warranty service, as well as interaction with our service staff, provided by the Company.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. By visiting the site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined herein.
1.2. These Terms apply throughout the Republic of Kazakhstan and extend to users from other countries, within the framework of the applicable legislation.
1.3. We bear joint responsibility for compliance with the Terms. The updated version is always available on the website.
1.4. If you disagree with the Terms, please do not use our site and do not place orders.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
2.1. All materials on the site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, product names) are the property of the Company and are protected by law.
2.2. Copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of site content without the Company’s permission is prohibited.
2.3. Use of the FLUARION trademark without permission is prohibited.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
3.1. To place orders, registration of an account is required. You agree to provide accurate information.
3.2. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all actions performed under your account.
3.3. The Company reserves the right to block or delete accounts if you violate the Terms or abuse user or site rights.
3.4. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered during registration and order placement.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT OF ORDERS
4.1. All prices are specified in tenge (KZT) and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment is made through integrated payment systems (Kaspi, card, electronic wallets, etc.).
4.3. We are not responsible for payment system errors but will assist in resolving issues.
4.4. After payment, you receive confirmation via email or phone.
4.5. The Company is not responsible for incorrect order details or inability to deliver due to errors in contact information.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. We ensure delivery within Kazakhstan with the help of Yandex.Delivery, courier services, and partner logistics providers.
5.2. Delivery terms and times are specified when placing the order. Unless otherwise agreed with the Company, we inform you by email or phone.
5.3. The order is considered delivered upon confirmation by the recipient.
5.4. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, authorized agents.
6. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
6.1. Warranty for goods is valid for 14 days from the delivery date, if the goods are standard in appearance, packaging, and documentation.
6.2. The return delivery is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return reason is a defect.
6.3. In case of a warranty claim, replacement or repair is possible within 7 business days after return.
6.4. Warranty claims apply only to goods for which a claim was made.
6.5. Certain product categories (hygiene products, consumables, individual orders) are not eligible for return.
7. WARRANTY
7.1. The FLUARION product has a standard warranty period of 2 years.
7.2. For extended warranty service (up to 4 years), the customer must purchase the extended warranty.
7.3. Warranty obligations are provided through the “Warranty” section.
7.4. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, tampering, or mechanical influences.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by:

using the site by the User;

unauthorized use of the product;

illegal actions of third parties;

technical failures caused by providers.
8.2. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the contract/service.
8.3. The User agrees not to use the site for illegal purposes.
9. COMMENTS, CONTENT AND SUBMISSIONS
9.1. Users may publish reviews and comments provided they do not violate the law or moral norms.
9.2. We reserve the right to delete, edit, or block content if it:

contains illegal text or obscenities;

contains advertising rights violations;

includes spam;

contains reclams.
9.3. IP address and browser user-agent are hidden when publishing comments to protect against spam.
9.4. Use of geotagged (EXIF) images is not recommended.
10. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
10.1. Data processing is carried out according to our Privacy Policy (see separate document).
10.2. We use SSL encryption and store your data securely.
10.3. Data is not transferred to third parties except as specified in the Policy.
11. SUPPORT
11.1. All support is provided in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
11.2. To send requests – please contact the beginning of service via: b2b@fluarion.group.
11.3. If support cannot be provided remotely, it will be done at the Company’s registered office.
11.4. Pre-arranged agreed meetings are considered the norm between parties.
