Booking confirmation

To confirm a booking, enter its identifier in the field below and click the “Confirm” button. It is specified on the check and in the electronic receipt with the order you made.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Information about Fluarion booking

We offer the FREE standard 3-day named booking for all orders from Kazakhstan totaling over 30,000 tenge (excluding delivery costs).

All orders are shipped from Kazakhstan and paid for in tenge.

Booking price + delivery time

Bookings must be confirmed from 00:00 to the next day’s morning to start work on that day. The processing usually takes one working day. Delivery timeframes for bookings with pickup at the pick-up point are indicated.

Orders totaling over 30,000 tenge are always offered the free standard 3-day named booking — no prepayment is required. For orders totaling less than 30,000 tenge, the cost of the standard 3-day named booking is 3500 tenge. Our standard booking option is a standard 3-day booking.

Booking confirmation

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an electronic letter with the delivery details. Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed. In the electronic letter, you will be provided with delivery tracking information, the recipient’s name, and a link for tracking the shipment. To track the order, go to your personal account where the order information will be displayed. You can also contact the Fluarion client support service to track your order.
